These Terms + Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to ruvik.com, our marketing and contact experiences, institute and developer infrastructure we provide, and any Ruvik-operated or Ruvik-branded products linked from this site (including jeeplanner, jeepredictor, openseats, and future ecosystem tools).

By visiting the site, submitting an inquiry, or using our products, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You agree not to misuse our services. Without limiting other remedies, you must not:

• →Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data you are not authorized to use.
• →Scrape, harvest, or resell data from our products at scale without written permission.
• →Upload malware, interfere with service availability, or bypass rate limits or security measures.
• →Misrepresent your identity, impersonate Ruvik or official exam bodies, or mislead other users.
• →Use our tools for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights.

Ruvik is not affiliated with NTA, IITs, JoSAA, CSAB, or any government counselling authority unless we state otherwise in writing. Rank predictors, seat outlooks, and planning outputs are estimates based on available data and models—they are not guarantees of admission, rank, or seat allotment.

You are responsible for verifying official notices, deadlines, and rules on authoritative sources before making decisions. Nothing on our site or products constitutes legal, medical, or professional counselling advice.

Ruvik names, logos, site design, software, and content are owned by Ruvik or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our services for personal, non-commercial student use unless we agree to something different in writing.

Developer integrations and hosted modules are also subject to our Developer Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ruvik and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the specific service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred Indian rupees (₹100), except where law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms or discontinue features at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses risk to users, our infrastructure, or our reputation.
